Job Description
WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
This role oversees the full operation, reliability, and strategic development of all campus facilities, including buildings, utilities, the power plant, electrical systems, and grounds. The position manages budgeting for campus infrastructure, maintenance activities, and subcontractor performance. In addition, this role leads the organization's business continuity planning and coordinates all response efforts during critical events. Drive long‑term planning and modernization initiatives for plant and campus facilities Serve as the primary point of contact and decision-maker during crisis or emergency situations Develop, implement, and maintain operating procedures, standards, and priorities for facility operations Oversee distribution and performance of compressed air systems, HVAC operations, and water supply Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of major dust collection systems Manage waste disposal processes and ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirementsIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's Degree, Technical degree or facilities related education 10+ Years Maintenance or facility management-related experience 10+ Years People management experience Budget management experience IT skills - including data analysis, presentations, and Excel Vendor management Preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be scaled between all levels of the organization.
