$35.80 per hour About the Role Cleantec is looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor to serve as a lead worker and hands-on specialist across our client sites. This role oversees and performs skilled maintenance in areas including landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and equipment operation — while also guiding and supporting entry-level maintenance staff. What You'll Do Perform skilled facility maintenance including carpentry, light plumbing, irrigation, light electrical, and landscaping. Troubleshoot and repair flooring, drywall, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety/security systems. Conduct general roof cleaning, exterior surface washing, and mold/water/fire damage cleanup. Inspect the work of others for quality, safety, and compliance. Train and support entry-level maintenance staff. Assist with event set-ups and tear-downs. Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for students and staff. Requirements What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance. Hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and small equipment repairs. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar systems for service requests and documentation. Bonus Points High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience leading a maintenance team. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
