11am-2pm About Us Revived Athlete Recovery & Massage is a performance-driven wellness space dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals move, feel, and perform at their best. We offer premium massage therapy, self-care recovery modalities, and a community-based environment that blends professionalism with high energy and passion for health & fitness. We are rapidly growing and seeking a motivated, personable, and reliable team member to serve as the first impression for our clients and support day-to-day facility operations. Position Overview The Front Desk & Facility Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional guest experience, supporting therapists, and maintaining our clean, organized, and calm performance-focused environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced wellness setting. You should be passionate about health and fitness, enjoy interacting with people, and feel comfortable guiding clients through our services and facility routines. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Warmly greet guests and be the welcoming face of our space Check clients in/out using booking software (training provided) Schedule appointments & answer client phone calls/messages Provide facility tours & educate guests on services and memberships Support guest flow—ensuring clients feel comfortable, cared for, and valued Self-Care & Equipment Set-Up (training provided) Assist clients in setting up and using self-care equipment including: Normatec compression systems Infrared sauna Cold plunge Red light therapy Guide clients through equipment sanitation and proper usage protocols Facility Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Clean treatment rooms, massage cups, tables & equipment Bathroom & common area sanitation, sweeping, mopping, trash removal Laundry processing, folding, stocking & linens management Keep supplies organized and assist with light restocking duties Support therapists and management with daily operational needs Required Skills & Qualities Warm, outgoing, and professional personality Athletic, wellness-oriented appearance and mindset (must embody the brand lifestyle) Ability to take direction and work independently Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, responsible & team-focused Customer service experience preferred Ability to lift/move towels, equipment, and perform light physical tasks Comfort interacting with athletes, fitness-focused clientele, and families Professional communication skills—verbal and written What We Provide Training in booking systems & wellness equipment Supportive, uplifting, fitness-focused work culture Growth opportunities within a fast-expanding performance recovery business Free or discounted access to recovery modalities (after training/probation period) Opportunity to learn about massage therapy, sports recovery, and wellness operations Who Thrives in This Role This job is perfect for someone who: Loves wellness, fitness, or athletic environments Enjoys talking to people & providing exceptional customer service Wants to be a valuable part of a growing brand & tight-knit team Likes hands-on work and keeping a space clean, organized, and welcoming Is detail-oriented and proactive Apply Today!
