The Facilities Operation Lead shall provide operational coordination and oversight of facilities maintenance and QA activities for the
Uniformed Services University Health Services Campus Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily facility operations and maintenance activities Monitor work orders, preventive maintenance and corrective actions Assign operational tasks to personnel Support planning and Restoration and Modernization (R&M) activities Conduct inspections to identify deficiencies and risks Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and safety regulations Coordinate contractors, vendors and service providers Maintain operational records and logs Support emergency response coordination Monitor contractor performance Provide recommendations for operational improvements Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program activities Coordinate corrective actions and improvements Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality processes Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years facilities operations experience Minimum two (2) years coordination/supervisory experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities DoD experience preferred Knowledge of building systems preferred Possess strong coordination skills Ability to manage priorities Possess strong communication skills
