Job Description

job summary: Our client, a global leader in health and safety solutions in Frederick, MD, is seeking a Lead Facilities Operation Coordinator. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime by coordinating GMP facility maintenance, administering the site CMMS, and managing external contractors.
location:
Frederick, Maryland job type: Contract salary: $35 - 40 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for facility and utility equipment using the CMMS to minimize production downtime for Our Client.

Administer the CMMS by maintaining accurate asset hierarchies, job plans, spare parts lists, and equipment histories in a validated, audit-ready state.

Author, revise, and manage critical GMP quality records for Our Client, including SOPs, Methods of Procedure (MOPs), Change Controls, and CAPAs.

Manage service agreements and contractor scheduling, verifying safety training and ensuring deliverables meet strict GDP compliance and scope requirements.

Drive planning effectiveness by achieving a 95% preventive maintenance compliance rate, managing work order backlogs, and distributing KPI reliability reports.
