Facility Manager & Maintenance Facility Manager Facility Maintenance Great opportunity for supplemental income. Work One Day a week. Looking for an individual who is trustworthy and dependable. 1099 Contracted Job. Basic facility maintenance Single Site Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment Basic grounds keeping Perform weekly walk-through Perform monthly video calls, lighting audits etc. Apply over-locks weekly Cut locks as needed Send weekly report to management Maintain constant and clear communication with management Must be available to be on call to assist in emergency situations or vendor techs Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
