Job Description
General Summary :
The Director of Infrastructure and Project Management is responsible for the management and execution of projects related to facilities, construction, and renovation. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders (finance, real estate, end users) and external partners (contractors, permitting bodies) to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The director is responsible for budget oversight, on-time and on-budget delivery, strategic planning, and staff leadership. Will require travel to other sites as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
Requires bachelor's or advanced degree in business administration, engineering, public health, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Seven to nine years of progressive experience in hospital/healthcare facilities or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Experience with AutoCAD preferred. Knowledge of building design, construction, and maintenance required. Work requires strong interpersonal skills to direct staff, conduct investigations and problem resolution, and represent Sheppard Pratt to a variety of contractors and agencies.Benefits:
