Facilities Manager — Jewett Farms + Co. Jewett Farms + Co. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day care of our property, buildings, vehicles, and equipment. This is a versatile role for someone who takes pride in a well-maintained workspace and enjoys variety in their workday. Responsibilities Janitorial duties and general cleaning across all facilities Interior and exterior painting as needed Routine building maintenance and minor repairs Grounds care and seasonal upkeep Maintenance and care of company vehicles Local deliveries Assisting in the shop as needed The Ideal Candidate Has experience in building maintenance, janitorial work, or a related trade Is dependable, organized, and able to work independently Can handle physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
