Cannabis Facility Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cannabis Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our licensed facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strict regulatory compliance, managing inventory and package tracking through METRC, and ensuring the facility operates at the highest standard of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on cannabis industry experience, a deep understanding of state compliance requirements, and the organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly. METRC Knowledge ( Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting Compliance ) Create and manage new packages within METRC Create and submit test samples accurately Create and accept incoming and outgoing transfers Adjust packages as needed to maintain accurate records Excel / Google Sheets Perform accurate data entry and recordkeeping Familiarity with basic spreadsheet functions and formulas General qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior cannabis industry experience required Familiarity with cannabis compliance rules and regulations
