Job Responsibilities Assist with lab operations: order materials and supplies, train lab techs, prepare equipment for instruction, maintain equipment, secure lab areas, and keep necessary records Stay informed and skilled in various manufacturing-related disciplines and their associated supplies and equipment. Assist in organizing staffing, scheduling, and managing the tool crib. Help service and maintain a variety of supplies and equipment. Assist with tracking, ordering supplies, ensuring proper processing and delivery. Ensure safe and secure storage of lab equipment, materials, and supplies. Maintain inventory and help organize stock rooms and tool cribs. Track and monitor daily facilities usage for opening and closing. Ensure lab compliance with
OSHA/MIOSHA
requirements. Assist with maintaining and monitoring procedures for disinfecting, sterilizing, and disposing of contaminated materials. Communicate and work closely with the Manager of EAT facilities. Perform related tasks as assigned. Education High School Diploma Required with 3 years of relevant work experience, Associate's degree preferred in related field. Must have a valid driver's license. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or related field.
