This is a Contract position starting as a 60-day assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient office environment while partnering with vendors, internal teams, and site leadership to ensure responsive facility support and a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the site leadership team to keep facility operations running smoothly and support a detail-focused, well-maintained workplace. Perform routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or organization issues and follow through on corrective actions. Manage incoming service requests through the work order platform and ensure tasks are addressed promptly and completed to expected standards. Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and small site projects by working closely with outside vendors and service providers. Support meetings, events, and conference room needs by arranging space readiness and resolving onsite logistics as needed. Assist with front office and workplace services such as visitor support, mail and courier coordination, office supply tracking, and equipment upkeep. Maintain accurate site records, operational documents, and other facility-related information required for day-to-day business activities. Help oversee building access, safety practices, and emergency response preparedness, including support for after-hours issues when required. Contribute ideas for improving service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with workplace procedures and performance expectations. Prior experience in facilities coordination, office administration, workplace services, or a similar onsite support role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach when assisting employees, visitors, vendors, and stakeholders. Experience handling work orders, service requests, documentation, and routine operational follow-up. Ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to keep maintenance and support activities on schedule. Working knowledge of workplace safety, compliance practices, and general office operations. Comfortable using computer-based systems for tracking requests, updating records, and supporting daily coordination tasks. Flexibility to assist outside standard business hours when urgent facility or event needs arise.
