This role is responsible for coordinating production flow, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities Manage project flow to keep production and deliveries on schedule and meet customer ship dates Prepare and review job production sheets and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Track project costing sheets and monitor budgets during and after production Oversee daily production floor operations and maintain workflow efficiency Schedule additional staff and overtime as needed to meet production demands Coordinate with office staff, production teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations Monitor inventory levels and assist with material planning and purchasing Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed throughout the shop Troubleshoot production issues and help implement process improvements Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production management, or shop supervision Experience in plastic manufacturing preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication and leadership abilities Experience with production scheduling, costing, and inventory management Proficient with spreadsheets and basic computer systems What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time position Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment To apply, please send your resume and work experience to [your email/contact information].
