Job Description

Wellington, FL Area:
Land Banc Trust Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Equestrian Facility Manager for an ultra-luxury equestrian boarding operation. Position includes but is not limited to overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, supervise and schedule staff, perform and assist staff/vendors with property maintenance This role requires a unique blend of elite horsemanship knowledge, high-end standards, meticulous attention to detail. Muliti-year, hands on experience/knowledge in the trades, field, maintenance they will be supervising.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direction and oversight to barn and maintenance staff, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards are being met
  • Coordinate efforts across entire project between owners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Assist in hiring of full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers and coordinate their schedules
  • Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources to ensure timely delivery within budget
  • Perform change order estimating and negotiations; oversee punch list and project closet-out activities
  • Obtain licenses and permits and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, conducting and documenting quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process.
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 10-years' experience with multi-million-dollar operation management.
  • Knowledge of methods and technologies and an ability to interpret site plans and contracts.
  • Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods to ensure compliance with all national and local procedures, regulations, and codes
  • Knowledge of worksite safety practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, manage personnel, meet deadlines and goals, control costs, and maintain confidentiality
  • Sound financial estimation skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures including making financial projections
  • Proficiency in management software and tools
  • Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Strong organization, time management, and leadership skills
