Kitchens is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations & Facilities Manager to lead our warehouse, delivery, inventory, and facility operations. This key leadership role ensures products move efficiently from receiving through delivery while maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, leads by example, and is committed to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, and shipping. Coordinate delivery schedules, customer pickups, and outbound logistics. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, annual inventories, and inventory management systems. Ensure products are properly inspected, staged, and prepared for delivery. Supervise warehouse staff, delivery teams, and facility personnel; recruit, train, and develop team members. Maintain company vehicles, warehouse equipment, and facility operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Coordinate with vendors, carriers, installers, and internal teams to support project schedules. Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, showroom, and exterior property. Monitor operational expenses and manage warehouse supplies and equipment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of warehouse, logistics, operations, or facilities management experience. Proven leadership experience supervising and developing teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
