Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Facilities Administrator to support our facilities and operations team for a 3-6 month assignment in Burnsville, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, vendor management, and ensuring seamless day-to-day facility operations.
Act as the main point of contact for facility-related vendors; coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and service contracts.
Maintain facility records, key logs, access cards, safety documentation, and equipment inventories.
Schedule and support facility inspections, security checks, and compliance-related activities.
Monitor, order, and organize office and facility supplies as needed.
Assist with space planning, meeting room setups, and minor moves of desks or office equipment.
Assist with ensuring workplace safety protocols and emergency procedures are current and followed.
Support other administrative tasks within the facilities management team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
