Four years or more related work experience Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to project sites. Requires excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to establish and maintain productive working relationships. This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, and/or aptitude. What you'll do: Under general supervision, perform a variety of analytical and high-level administrative support activities. Enter or ensure that labor hours and expenses are entered into the appropriate systems to pay employees in accordance with current labor contracts and in compliance with Company policy and procedures. Prepare reports (overtime, call-outs, seniority) and vacation/holiday schedules to assist supervisors in the development and planning of personnel work scheduling. Oversee service contracts required to maintain office machines/equipment and general office cleaning/maintenance contracts. Compile and prepare data to assist others in meeting internal and/or regulatory compliance reporting and budgeting. Respond to inquiries about benefits or Company policies. Maintain and distribute employee information and other communications, initiate, verify and maintain a variety of manual and automated human resources/payroll records, and pre-employment interviewing and testing. May train other department support staff. The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $23.60 - $28.80 per hour. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
