Job Description

Job Overview The Facility Coordinator will support the Ag Blends facility by taking a lead role with all functions related to Accounts Receivable and billing as well as other general accounting and office duties. They will also be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading raw materials in and out, as well as loading truck and rail. Responsible for inventory maintenance and assist in facility operations. Duties Learn and operate the computer DCS system for soybean, and final product loading. Follow procedures for plant area start-ups and shutdowns. Follow procedures for all aspects of the company safety program, including Confined space Program and Lock-out Tag-out program. Maintain daily update of cleaning and PM maintenance checklists and routine duties calendar. Interface with plant personnel to ensure adequate feedstock, and final product movement and storage capacities are maintained. Collaborate with maintenance department to facilitate maintenance and repair of feedstock, and final product equipment. Know and understand city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the facility, and work in a manner to ensure that these regulations are always met. Assist in maintaining the security and general upkeep of the plant and grounds. Constantly review the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Participate in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. Maintain adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required. Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas. Coordinate trucks through the scale and direct through the facility. Obtain daily receiving and loadout paperwork, apply to corresponding contracts and verify accuracy. Maintain documentation, paper and electronic, of all Accounts Receivable records Willingness to take on additional and other responsibilities as assigned and needed to successfully contribute to the development of Ag Blends and EMS as companies.
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate required. Associate degree or technical degree/certification preferred.
Required Knowledge & Experience:

Pay:
$24.10 - $31.43 per hour
