  • Full-time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly capable Barn Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private, 15-stall, family-owned dressage facility located on a 160-acre property in Delano, Minnesota.
This is a full-time leadership role for an individual with extensive experience managing performance horses and the team responsible for their care. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining exceptional standards for both horses and facility operations. The Barn Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the horses' physical and mental well-being while fostering a professional, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Schedule Expectations
  • Barn operating hours are 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM
  • One-hour onsite lunch break daily, though timing may vary based on operational needs
  • Night check occurs at 8:00 PM and may be required if no other staff are available
  • Must be willing and able to work 5-6 days per week, including one weekend day This position requires someone who understands that leadership sometimes means stepping in wherever needed, including weekends, emergencies, or short-staffed situations.

  • 125,000 annually, depending on experience Potential for housing provided near the barn Paid vacation time Start Date Position available immediately.
