Job Description

Bethany Care Center, located in Bethany, Missouri is currently seeking a Residential Care Facility Administrator to join our team.
Residential Care Facility Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident/patient care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. Monitor monthly performance of facility in relation to budget and intervene as needed. Recruit, hire, provide orientation/training, and retain a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services. Ensure employee performance meets or exceeds expectations and periodic performance appraisals are conducted on a timely basis. Makes sure facility is a safe, clean, comfortable, and appealing environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff in accordance with company guidelines. Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations. Manage all aspects of state or federal government survey processes.
Residential Care Facility Administrator Requirements:
Have experience working in nursing facility in management role (preferred). Excellent work history in the nursing facility industry (minimum 2 years) Experience working in behavioral health field (preferred) Residential Care Facility Administrator (Benefits): Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Vacation and Paid Sick Time 401K
