Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager professional to join our team. As a Facilities Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, and have a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs or installations
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
