The City of Grandview is seeking a Facility Services Manager to lead the maintenance, operations, and overall functionality of our municipal facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping community spaces running at their best. You won't just manage buildings — you'll help shape the experience of an entire community. Why This Role is Unique This isn't a single-facility job. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of city facilities, including: Community Center ("The View") Police & Fire Stations Parks & Spray Parks Amphitheater Municipal Buildings Ball Fields & Public Spaces Museum & Historic Facilities Fountains, Irrigation Systems & Grounds You'll lead both daily operations and long-term facility improvements, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on work.
