Hours:
6:00am to 2:30pm
Pay Rate Column:
$22.61 Oak Park High School is one of four high schools in the North Kansas City School District. There is an outside sports facility that hosts several activities. This will require a lot of planning and organization with the staff as well as taking care of the ongoing building needs and activities inside the building. Oak Park High School has both VCT and carpet flooring. The complex is large and requires a considerable amount of care both inside and out. New construction to enlarge the building has started. You would be managing a Machines engineer, Night Manager and 9 custodians. As with all high schools, this building has many activities, both school and community related. The facility manager must be capable of presenting a positive image to staff, students, and visitors to this building. Persons applying for this position must have a good attendance record, practice good safety procedures, be motivated, be responsible, have the needed leadership abilities and be able to keep this building to the standards expected by the North Kansas City School District. Supervisor experience is required. The Facility Manager will be under the direction of the Building Administrator Molly Smith, the Activities Director Chad Valadez and Doris Farage Director of Custodial Services. This position will be open until Monday June 22, 2026. •
