We are a family entertainment center featuring arcade games, attractions, birthday parties, pizza, wings, and café offerings. Food currently represents a smaller portion of our overall business, but we see significant opportunity for growth and are looking for the right person to help us build it. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems, developing teams, improving consistency, and helping shape the future of a growing business. What You'll Do Lead daily kitchen operations and food production Ensure consistency and quality across all menu items Train and develop kitchen team members Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and labor Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Create recipes, procedures, and quality standards Help develop and launch new menu items Identify opportunities to increase food sales and profitability Serve as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for the facility when needed Learn the basics of arcade and family entertainment center operations Support guest satisfaction throughout the business What We're Looking For Leadership experience in food service, pizza, quick-service, or restaurant operations Strong organizational and communication skills Someone who enjoys building systems and improving operations Ability to work independently and lead by example Understanding of food safety, inventory management, and labor control Positive attitude and willingness to learn other areas of the business Why Join Ka-Ko Jo's?
