Custodial Manager at LB&B Associates Inc. Lead Facility Excellence at Mecklenburg County Courts, Charlotte, NC LB&B Associates Inc. is renowned for delivering exceptional facility services nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Manager to oversee custodial and floor care operations at the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, NC.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Language Requirement:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Primary Duties of the Custodial Manager Directly manage and supervise all custodial staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of custodial tasks throughout the facility. Coordinate floor care activities, including marble polishing, carpet cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and snow removal. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and proper maintenance. Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with court facility regulations and company policies. Lead weekly safety meetings and maintain ongoing training for custodial staff. Oversee recycling, hazardous waste (HAZCOM) handling, and waste removal processes. Respond promptly to facility emergencies and coordinate corrective actions as needed. Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all court staff, visitors, and the public.
