Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager - Charlotte, NC (or Surrounding Area) Full-Time | Field-Based | Reports to

Regional Manager Starting Base Pay:

$60,000-$65,000 | 6-Month Probation Period Company vehicle provided We are seeking a hands-on, self-directed Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial truck parking yards within the Charlotte region. This role is responsible for yard maintenance, security enforcement, customer coordination, and ensuring all facilities meet company standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce parking compliance across multiple yards Conduct daily yard inspections and report conditions, issues, and occupancy Maintain facility cleanliness, signage, fencing, and overall yard organization Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance, and vendor support as needed Serve as on-site point of contact for customers and resolve issues professionally Travel between multiple locations daily using a company vehicle Submit daily reports with updates, photos, and operational notes

Requirements:

Must live in Charlotte, NC or surrounding area Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks Ability to manage multiple sites independently Strong communication and reporting skills Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

Facilities management, property management, yard operations, or similar Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, grader, etc.)

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
