Durham, NC Target Base Salary:

Job Summary :
As Facility Operations Manager, your mission is to drive the perfect customer experience through our diverse assortment of onsite facilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced, action-oriented leader who is passionate about leading effective teams that manage our critical onsite facilities. This role offers a thrilling opportunity to collaborate across numerous departments, diving deep into the dynamic journey of expanding the company towards operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all facilities, sites and properties are safe, clean and fully functional for our drivers. Resolve all facilities support/break-fix issues within the defined SLA timelines. Partner with vendors to resolve issues and proactively maintain functional facilities. Manage the completion of all open construction projects and punch list items for live sites Own the setup, management, and billing of utilities for new and existing properties Manage our business license vendor to support license applications and renewals to ensure all properties meet required compliance standards. Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and implement improvements. Work closely with site operations, deployment, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information, resolve questions, and support smooth operational workflows Monitor and drive Deployment to Facility Operations handoffs Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Mean Time to Resolve Facility Issues Google Ratings Opex vs
Budget Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience managing mission critical facility teams A minimum of 5 years managing construction projects Completed degree program (Bachelors or Masters) preferably in facility or construction management Winning mindset which embodies the concept of extreme ownership. Detail-oriented with a passion for documentation and process creation You can work weekends, late hours as needed to support the mission of the team and success of IONNA. Excellent communicator and team player Proficiency in managing and holding accountable a diverse set of vendors Any previous exposure to start-up environments or face-paced workplaces is an advantage but not mandatory.
