Activities Assistant at Assisted Living Facility Carolina Inn at Village Green - 2.9 Fayetteville, NC Job Details Part-time $10.50 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Patient transport Full Job Description We are seeking a friendly and experienced life enrichment assistant. As a life enrichment assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, including planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing varying levels of activities for assisted living residents and ensuring a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities:

Assists with the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of varying levels of activities for assisted living residents. Conducts one-on-one activity therapy to offer sensory stimulation. Prepares progress notes quarterly and/or as deemed necessary. Conducts activity groups to assure residents make progress. Assists with transporting, communicating and setting up for activity programs in assisted living on a daily basis. Assists in ordering or purchasing supplies for activities and picking up materials needed from outside facility. Performs other duties as required and numerous daily operational duties.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate audio-visual equipment. Ability to work independently; to prioritize tasks and organize work efficiently. Ability to motivate people and be sensitive to their needs. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and staff. Physical ability necessary to transport residents in wheelchairs. Must be energetic, must be able to multi-task, and friendly.
