Fayetteville, NC Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Professional development assistance Life insurance Qualifications Procurement Fleet management Bachelor's degree Maintenance management Productivity software Facilities equipment maintenance Full Job Description Responsibilities include : Working manager with ability to manage, plan, and direct overall maintenance of Southern Regional Area Health Education Center's facilities and student housing, including facility maintenance, safety programs, custodial services, security, HVAC, grounds, vehicle, and preventative maintenance. Manage entrance screening operations to ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of patients, customers, and employees. Reports directly to the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Minimum of three years of facilities management experience to include facilities maintenance and repair, facilities safety operations, equipment procurement, and fleet maintenance, preferably in a health care or educational organization. Proficient use of Microsoft Office required. Competitive salary and benefits. EOE.
