Licensed Assisted Living Administrator Morganton, NC We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Administrator to lead the daily operations of our assisted living community. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliance with NC regulations Lead and support staff to maintain high-quality resident care Develop and oversee individualized care plans Ensure safe and accurate medication administration practices Partner with families, healthcare providers, and staff to coordinate care Promote a positive, engaging environment for residents Maintain accurate documentation and ensure survey readiness Qualifications Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (NC required) Experience in assisted living or long-term care leadership Strong knowledge of memory care and resident care planning Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Why Join Us?
