Job Description:
Experienced Assistant Facility Manger to oversee all building related activities. Works with little to no supervision. Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Well-Versed in technical/engineering operations and Facilities best practices. Experience in overseeing event set up for employee events and Executive meetings. Has appreciable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision. Will work with Senior Facility Manager in the development and administration of the Property Plan and Budget.
