• The Director of Facilities Operations will be responsible for managing multiple site services, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and financial performance at the site.

• + manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for the facility + develop and maintain positive client relationships and conduct client meetings on unresolved facility issues as well as communicate results + manage and coach staff along with service providers to deliver excellent service levels within budget + research and implement new processes and technology + understand the management of capital projects •What We Offer•Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
