Job Description
Position Summary:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of company facilities. This role ensures that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Facilities Manager will lead a team of maintenance and facilities staff, manage vendor relationships, and drive initiatives that improve facility performance and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and production equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability. Manage facility budgets, maintenance schedules, and capital improvement projects. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. Lead, train, and supervise facilities and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Coordinate with internal teams to support operational goals and minimize downtime. Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and safety checks to maintain facility integrity and compliance. Develop and execute energy-saving, sustainability, and cost-reduction initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in an industrial or production environment. Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities. Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:
Experience with refrigeration systems, production equipment, or production line automation. Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in industrial settings.What We Offer:
