Job Description

Corporate Project/Facilities Manager | MUST be able to commute to and from
Norfolk, NE DAILY Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the specification, ordering, installation, and commissioning of new facility assets Work with District leadership to identify and quote facility improvement (CapEx) projects and initiatives Ensure CapEx projects are properly scoped, cost-effective, and align with company standards and long-term operations Assist districts with establishing and maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program Coordinate OEM-recommended maintenance schedules and reviews Assist District leadership and maintenance teams in maintaining accurate inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime, including ordering of parts as necessary Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate items when appropriate Proficient in MS Office Suite and related software
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial projects, including capital expenditures, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution. Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting of materials up to 25-50 pounds (plans, samples, small equipment) Ability to move between office settings, job sites, and industrial environments regularly Visual ability to read plans, drawings, and computer screens Ability to traverse active job sites, which may include uneven surfaces, stairs, and ladders
Work Environment:
Combination of office environment and field/project site exposure Regular interaction in: Manufacturing or industrial settings Active construction or maintenance sites Exposure to: Noise, dust, temperature variations, and moving mechanical equipment when on-site May require travel between facilities or project sites (local or regional) Occasional extended hours or schedule flexibility to support project timelines, shutdowns, or critical installation
