Assistant Facilities Manager

Assistant Facilities Manager (Year-Round, Full-Time) Pats Peak Ski Area is looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and operation of all base area buildings in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Assist the Facilities Manager and leadership team with daily operations Maintain and repair base area buildings and infrastructure Perform snow removal from decks, entrances, and walkways (seasonal) Complete light carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work Support general upkeep and safety of all facilities Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed Requirements Basic knowledge of building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable lifting and performing physical tasks Ability to climb stairs and work in varying conditions Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and commitment to great guest service Must be at least 18 years old (driver's license preferred) What We Offer Year-round, full-time position Health insurance, dental, and 401(k) plan Free skiing/riding, rentals, and lessons Employee discounts on food and retail A fun, team-oriented environment at a busy ski area Schedule Schedules vary based on weather and business levels, with increased hours during the winter season.
