Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility in Jersey City. This is a high-impact leadership role for a DON who understands how to drive quality care, maintain compliance, and build strong nursing teams. If you've successfully led a SNF before and know how to keep survey readiness tight while supporting staff, this role is built for you.
