Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Account Manager in our Montvale, NJ headquarters to join our team as the liaison between our Testing Laboratory and our contracted accounts across the United States. Accounts include a number of Long Term Care Facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, etc). In this role, you will ensure that our Accounts receive "white glove" quality Laboratory Services through your frequent interactions with Facility Personnel (I.e. Administrators, Medical Directors and Nurses) and by supporting our team of Specimen Collectors working in the facilities. As the liaison between the field and our internal departments, you will be the Point of Contact for all of your Accounts' needs and support (i.e. Onboarding New Hires, Training, Scheduling, Supply Management,) and have the opportunity to expand your Area by bringing on new sources of business.
Who We Are:
GeneID is a rapidly expanding national Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Genetic Testing Laboratory located in Montvale, NJ (border of NY and NJ in Bergen County). We specialize in Cancer Risk Predictive Testing as well as testing for the efficacy of drugs on patients, and other Diseases.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily interaction with Facility Administrators, and Nursing staff to ensure our testing process runs smoothly for their facility. Ensure all sites are fully staffed each day Monitor and Ensure that all techs have ample supplies of all equipment required for successful and compliant testing (PPE, Lab Coats, Swabs Kits, Shipping Supplies, Technical Equipment, etc.) Update facility rosters each day and upload for field testers to utilize Communicate daily with point of contact in facilities to respond to any needs, complaints, issues, etc. Communicate daily with Facility Testing Techs to confirm they are wearing proper attire, and respond to and proactively address process, needs, issues, successes etc. Respond to field requests with a sense of urgency On-board and train new employees Personally fill in as Testing Tech as needed Ensure all employees received required training Ensure all field activities are compliant with State Laws Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Accurately maintain employee files Qualifications and Skills Proven track record of supporting a Field Sales Function Must have recent sales and,or management experience Experience working with Nursing Home/Long Term Care facilities Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
