POSITION OVERVIEW
───────────────────────────────────── The Center Operations & Facilities Assistant plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our clients and staff. This is a hands-on, active role that also includes front desk support during our busiest hours of the day — client arrivals and dismissals. ─────────────────────────────────────
RESPONSIBILITIES
───────────────────────────────────── Clean, sanitize, and disinfect therapy rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and all shared spaces daily Organize and maintain storage areas, supply rooms, and center materials Assemble and set up basic furniture and equipment as needed Run center-related errands (supply pickups, deliveries, etc.) Assist at the front desk during client arrivals and dismissals Greet families and children in a warm, professional manner Support staff with light operational tasks as directed Ensure the center is always presentable, safe, and welcoming ─────────────────────────────────────
REQUIREMENTS
───────────────────────────────────── Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a pediatric therapy environment Ability to assemble basic furniture (IKEA-style assembly experience a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for errands) Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with families and children Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a similar role preferred Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required ─────────────────────────────────────
