Key Responsibilities & Growth Opportunities Space Planning & Floorplan Management:
Maintain and standardize North American office floorplans. Master workplace data systems by managing employee seating data, neighborhoods, and conference room booking access.
Office Launches & Logistics:
Assist with space planning for new locations, including layouts and assigned seating. Coordinate office moves by collaborating with cross-functional support teams and resolving employee workflows.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Collect, convert, and consolidate regional energy data from invoices. Verify documentation accuracy and participate in sustainability review meetings to drive green initiatives.
Workplace Documentation:
Author and update standardized workplace guidebooks and "How To" resources for regional offices.
Building Operations:
Enter work orders, monitor shared inboxes, and adjust building systems, including lighting and HVAC, to ensure a comfortable work environment. Essential Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of proven proficiency in floorplan data management, space planning software, or ticketing workflows. High attention to detail with experience compiling data or verifying invoices. Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of coordinating moves or facility projects.
