Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Facilities Associate to support a client. Their purpose is to empower extraordinary young people to grow "From Potential to Achievement" by addressing the systemic educational and other barriers that have historically held back children from marginalized communities. Job responsibilities include:
Job Specific -
  • Perform general maintenance and custodial services on campus;
  • Keep campus buildings and grounds clean, orderly, safe, and secure;
  • Perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks including general and preventive maintenance and repair work in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; HVAC; plumbing, etc.);
  • Serve as an essential employee, providing on-site support during inclement weather, emergency situations, or other conditions that require campus access and operational continuity;
  • Assist with snow and ice removal, including clearing priority walkways, entrances, emergency access routes, and campus vehicles, as needed;
  • Support campus safety and accessibility needs to ensure students, staff, and visitors can safely navigate the campus;
  • Setup and breakdown of campus events;
  • Respond flexibly to urgent facilities needs that arise outside of typical routines or schedules;

Skills and Requirements Qualifications:
  • 2 years of combined experience, apprenticeship, trade school and/or education in building construction, maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to report to campus and perform essential duties during inclement weather or emergency conditions, as designated by the school
  • Valid driver's license
