We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities and Fleet Coordinator to oversee the administration and maintenance of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of our fleet and facility to support the business's goals and objectives. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our business. If you are a proactive and experienced professional with a background in both fleets and facilities, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility, including office spaces, warehouses, security systems, and network infrastructure sites. Execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term efficiency and safety of all building systems and equipment. Support compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Support facility-related projects such as renovations, equipment installations, and workspace reconfigurations. Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical building systems to ensure continuous operation. Manage vendor relationships for facility maintenance, repairs, janitorial services, security, and landscaping. Reconcile and document facility operations, which include utilities, maintenance, and repairs. Maintain an inventory of facility-related assets, supplies, and equipment. Respond quickly to facility-related emergencies to minimize disruptions and support business continuity. Support Fleet Operations
