WHY THIS ROLE LANL

is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers and Superintendents to lead construction efforts at the TA-55 facility - a high-security nuclear environment supporting some of the nation's most critical federal missions. In this dual-function role, you'll own project execution end-to-end: managing scope, budget, and schedule as a Control Account Manager while providing direct construction oversight and leading Superintendent-level staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as Control Account Manager responsible for scope, cost, and schedule for assigned construction work packages Lead construction crews and subcontractors during active work phases at TA-55 Develop and maintain EVMS-compliant cost and schedule baselines Coordinate with engineering, QA, safety, and nuclear facility operations personnel Present project performance to federal project managers and DOE oversight personnel Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contract requirements Lead daily coordination meetings and pre-job briefings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS S.

Citizenship with active DOE Q Clearance at time of application 8+ years of construction project management or superintendent experience Experience managing cost and schedule on capital construction projects Familiarity with EVMS and earned value reporting Strong leadership and communication skills in a field construction environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

DOE, nuclear, or NNSA facility construction management experience PMP or equivalent PM certification Experience with
