Do you have a passion for pets and a knack for leadership? Join one of the biggest and best pet resorts in the state! Our state-of-the-art facility offers grooming, a dedicated training center, boarding, and daycare services for dogs and cats. With 3 indoor heated pools and 9 spacious play yards, we're dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment for pets—and we're looking for a Manager on Duty to help us make it all happen! What You'll Do As the Manager on Duty, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pet resort.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for pets, clients, and staff. Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional service. Ensuring all areas of the resort, including play yards, pools, and boarding facilities, are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Assisting with client interactions and addressing any concerns or questions. Monitoring the health and well-being of pets in our care. Handling physical tasks, such as cleaning, feeding, and moving dogs as needed. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and responsible individual with: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. A love for animals and a commitment to their care and safety. Strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
