Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager - Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) to lead the overall performance of our manufacturing facility and logistics operation in Northern Nevada. Position Summary This role will oversee the full operational lifecycle of the facility, including procurement, manufacturing operations, warehousing, inventory management, freight coordination, and distribution. This is a high-level operational leadership role focused on building scalable systems, improving efficiency, supporting field operations, and driving accountability across teams in a union environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, and experienced leading large industrial or manufacturing operations with complex logistics and workforce demands. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead daily operations of the manufacturing facility and logistics network Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Oversee production planning, staffing, workflow, and execution Implement process improvements focused on efficiency and scalability Develop and improve warehouse management and shop floor systems Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinate procurement, warehousing, manufacturing, and outbound logistics Monitor inventory accuracy and material flow across operations Manage freight vendors, carrier relationships, and shipping coordination Reduce lead times and improve operational efficiency Labor & Team Leadership Lead and support teams within a unionized environment Handle labor relations, grievances, and contract interpretation Build a culture centered around accountability, safety, and operational excellence Support leadership development and succession planning Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards Maintain operational procedures and reporting standards Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations Qualifications Required 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, or heavy construction environments Experience managing union labor environments and labor relations Strong background in warehouse operations, production, logistics, and supply chain management Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and operational reporting Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Preferred Mission critical, industrial, or large-scale construction support experience Lean Six Sigma experience or certification MBA or advanced operations leadership background What We're Looking For Strong operational leadership and organizational ability Ability to build structure in fast-paced environments Comfortable making decisions and driving accountability Strong communication skills across executive leadership, operations, and field teams Experience scaling processes and improving efficiency in growing operations Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package based on experience, including: Full benefits package Paid time off and holidays Vehicle and fuel allowance Cell phone allowance Relocation assistance Profit sharing program

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
