: Lead Complex Facilities Operations as a Sr. Facilities Operations Specialist — Strategize, Optimize, and Deliver at Scale Are you a strategic problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of facilities operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement? Do you bring the experience and insight needed to keep complex, multi-site environments running smoothly while identifying smarter, more efficient ways to operate? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facilities Operations Specialist to join our Operations & Facilities Team in Albany, NY . In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing day-to-day operations across our office portfolio—supporting vendors, overseeing budgets and tracking systems, and contributing to high-impact initiatives that enhance how our workplace functions and evolves.
What You'll Do:
: Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate activities, including lease reviews, office buildouts, renovations, and budget tracking Serve as a key point of contact for vendors, managing office equipment, furniture, and service relationships Maintain and enhance facilities policies, procedures, and operational documentation Track and report on key facilities metrics, budgets, and operation performance Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings Support company-wide efforts such as M&A integration, sustainability programs, and facility-related initiatives
What You Bring:
: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field required Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities or commercial real estate portfolio management required Experience supporting capital projects or multi-site facilities operations environments required Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors Strong planning, organization, and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Autodesk CAD software for space planning and layouts strongly preferred Knowledge of budget planning and tracking strongly preferred Experience in the professional services industry is preferred General knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and code compliance preferred with the ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents Familiarity with scheduling or project tracking tools (i.e. Microsoft Project) preferred

Salary Range:
: $85,000 - $95,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
