In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Your expertise in facilities management, mechanical & electrical systems, safety systems and project coordination will drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, reliable environment for all staff. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and low voltage equipment. Utilize preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, asset histories, and maintenance schedules. Oversee the management of building systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics interpretation. Lead facility upgrades and projects by coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Conduct inspections of mechanical, electrical, and structural components. Manage emergency response procedures related to fire & intrusion systems. Supervise a team of technicians and maintenance staff; provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment. Skills Strong management skills with proven experience supervising maintenance teams. Extensive knowledge of facilities management principles including HVAC, mechanical systems, and preventative maintenance. Proficiency with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping. Excellent project management skills to oversee facility upgrades or repairs from conception through completion. Fluency in English with clear communication skills essential for team coordination and safety documentation.
