This is not a traditional assistant role. We are seeking someone who is willing to jump into anything needed to help the business function at a high level — from operational support and organization to event setup, facility upkeep, inventory management, and executive assistance. Our clinics are fast-paced, high-energy environments focused on patient experience, wellness, and growth. We need someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and is not above any task. This role is ideal for someone who: Is extremely dependable and proactive Enjoys being physically active and hands-on Thrives in fast-moving environments Notices problems before others do Takes ownership without needing constant direction Wants to grow within a company long-term
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting leadership with day-to-day operational needs Laundry, gym/equipment upkeep, stocking, and organization Supporting clinic cleanliness and presentation standards Inventory management and supply runs Event setup and breakdown for wellness activations/corporate events Assisting with office flow and provider support Running business-related errands when needed Helping maintain a high-end patient and wellness experience Supporting multiple locations when necessary Assisting with marketing/event logistics and operational projects
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask under pressure Team-oriented with a "do what it takes" mentality Professional communication and appearance Prior operations, hospitality, gym, wellness, healthcare, or assistant experience is a plus
