  • 7:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM

PM Pay:
$30
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the office Partner with vendors to complete service requests and ongoing projects Conduct regular inspections and address issues proactively Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations Safety & Compliance Support a safe work environment by following and promoting safety protocols Identify potential risks and take corrective action when needed Projects & Improvements Assist with office improvement projects, including renovations or reconfigurations Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track Vendor Management Help manage vendor relationships and service performance Support contract coordination and service follow-ups General Support Respond to day-to-day facilities requests from employees Assist with office setup, moves, and workspace adjustments Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives when possible
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred 1+ year of facilities, operations, or related experience Comfortable using Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, service-focused attitude
