• Responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on building infrastructure and mechanical systems throughout the hospital. Ensures all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards to support a safe and functional healthcare environment.

• Salary Range:

• $28.25-$37.33 an hour _The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Education:

High School and trade school or equivalent military training, certification and/or license in specialty preferred. 2.

Experience:

Two to three years of doing preventive maintenance, inspection and repairs and installation of specialty related equipment, facilities and systems. Have a valid New York State driver's license.
