About the Role As a Facilities Sanitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for our entire team. You will utilize your attention to detail and knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure all shared spaces are impeccably maintained and fully stocked. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of high-traffic areas, including breakrooms, restrooms, and entryways to promote workplace health. Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain facility aesthetics. Manage the replenishment of essential supplies to ensure continuous availability for staff. Safely prepare and utilize cleaning agents and detergents in accordance with health and safety standards. Proactively identify and report facility maintenance needs or safety hazards to ensure a secure environment. Coordinate with team members to uphold organizational cleanliness standards and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning services. Strong understanding of chemical safety, sanitation protocols, and proper PPE usage. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize daily cleaning tasks without constant supervision. Reliable communication skills to report maintenance issues and interact with staff professionally. Preferred Skills Familiarity with inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment. Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or industrial environment. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying and resolving facility-related problems.
