Drum at ECI Management Group is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA, responsible for overseeing daily food service operations in a high-volume military dining environment. This role includes planning menus within nutritional and contractual guidelines, coordinating food production, and ensuring food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met. The Dining Facility Manager leads, schedules, trains, and evaluates dining staff; manages inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships; and monitors cost controls to meet budget and service goals. The role also involves ensuring compliance with Army, federal, and local regulations, maintaining accurate records, and preparing operational reports. The manager collaborates closely with base representatives and internal leadership to address service feedback, support special events, and continuously improve the dining experience for service members. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale Military dining operations, Familiarity with the ARMY's AFFMIS system. Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling, training, performance coaching, and conflict resolution. Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards, with a commitment to regulatory and contractual compliance. Experience with inventory control, purchasing, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management. Ability to plan and oversee menu execution that balances nutrition, flavor, and operational efficiency. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse staff, military personnel, and management. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications and food service management systems for reporting and documentation. Hospitality, culinary arts, nutrition, or business management is a plus.
